1. Introduction
 

Thank you for choosing Laksis Business Zone as your coworking space.
We understand that plans may change, and we strive to accommodate our members’ needs.
Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand how cancellations and refunds are handled.

2. Refundable Plans

2.1 Eligibility:
If you have booked a refundable plan, you are eligible for a refund on a pro-rata basis.
This means you will be refunded for the unused days of your plan.
 

2.2 Request Procedure:
To request a refund, you must inform us in writing.
The refund will be calculated from the date we receive your written notice — not from the date you stop using the space.
 

2.3 Processing Time:
Once your written notice is received, the refund process will begin.
Please allow up to 45 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account
.

3. Non-Refundable Plans
 

3.1 No Refund:
If you have booked a non-refundable plan, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, regardless of usage.

4. No Extensions
 

4.1 Plan Duration:
Once a plan — whether refundable or non-refundable — has been booked, no extensions will be provided beyond the agreed duration.
Members are advised to plan their bookings carefully.

5. How to Submit a Refund Request
 

5.1 Submission Method:
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our administration office or via email to hello@laksis.in.
Please include your membership details and the reason for cancellation in your request.

 

6. Exceptions
 

6.1 Management Discretion:
All refund requests are subject to approval by Laksis Business Zone management.
Exceptions to this policy may be made at the sole discretion of management, on a case-by-case basis.
 

6.2 Illegal Activity:
If a member is found to be involved in any illegal activity, their membership will be immediately forfeited, and no refund shall be granted.
